The United States restaurants series contains menus dating from 1854 to 1930 that represent a wide variety of dining experiences, including those individually owned and operated, fine dining, and hotels and banquets. Menus listed at the item level are in numerical order by digital identifier, when present; remaining menus are grouped by event type.
