Tweet identifiers are open to the public and are available online at: https://n2t.net/ark:/62930/d12v2ch23. The Tweet identifiers can be used to retrieve the full Tweet data from Twitter. Hydrator, an Electron based desktop application was created for that purpose. Users can download Hydrator at the following URL: https://github.com/DocNow/hydrator
By downloading these data you agree to Twitter’s Terms of Service. This dataset is intended for academic purposes (non-commercial research) only. Twitter policies do not allow publicly posting or sharing data retrieved from the Twitter API. However, they do allow the sharing of Tweet ids, direct message ids, and/or user ids.
