Materials were donated in 2004 by Carol O’Hare; accession number 2004-019, and Trey Delap in 2025; accession number 2025-095.
The original box of material was processed by Dana Miller in February 2006. In 2018, Joyce Moore revised and enhanced the collection description to bring it into compliance with current professional standards. In 2025, Landon Paljusaj accessioned the additional 47 boxes of material. In 2026, Tammi Kim and Landon Paljusaj processed the 2025 addition, including rehousing materials, and writing the finding aid in ArchivesSpace. Tammi Kim transferred digital files off of original source media, created access copies, normalized filenames, and entered the descriptions into ArchivesSpace. Original source media that was uningested due to lack of appropriate technical hardware or data corruption remain in their original formats and are described in the inventory. Some word processing documents that are file protected were not converted and remain in their original file formats.

Acquired by Su Kim Chung, curator, and Kristian Taketomo, Curator for Gaming Collections, as part of UNLV Special Collections and Archives holdings on problem gambling. Approximately 6 linear feet of duplicates and out of scope material was returned to the donor.
