Abstract
The UNLV University Libraries Collection of Graphic Art (1930-2012) contains original paintings and print reproductions, engravings, photographs, landscape drawings, trade publications, design annuals, and color and typography guides. The collection also includes posters and advertisements for art exhibits hosted throughout Southern Nevada and the Southwest United States.

Scope and Contents Note
The UNLV University Libraries Collection of Graphic Art (1930-2012) contains original paintings and print reproductions, engravings, photographs, landscape drawings, trade publications, design annuals, and color and typography guides. The collection includes posters and advertisements for art exhibits hosted throughout Southern Nevada and the Southwest United States. Original paintings and drawings include work from Daniel Owen Stolpe and Kiyoshi Saito. Painting and photographic reproductions include work from Arthur Sarnoff and Ansel Adams. Reproductions include historic Nevada settler and landscape scenes, and Mesoamerican artwork. Exhibition materials include prints for Nevada Archaeological Awareness and Historic Preservation Week. Trade publications include photography and design magazines and journals, as well as annual compendiums of advertising and design. Included in the collection are paper and typography samples and color usage guides.
