10/31/79 REHEARSAL SCHEDULE START DATE FOR DONN ARDEN - MONDAY, SEPT. 1st, 1980 DONN STARTS WITH HIS CHOREOGRAPHERS - TOM HANSEN, RICH RIZZO, WINSTON DE WITT HEMSLEY START DATE FOR COMPANY - MONDAY SEPTEMBER 15th, 1980 Three weeks 6c 4 days - through October 9 - ZIEGFELD ROOM (CLEAR STAGE) 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 5-day week w/one-hr. lunch break at Minimum rehearsal salary ZIEGFELD THEATER CLOSES - FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 1980 FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 1980 Three weeks, through October 31st - a ballroom or two convention rooms for split rehearsals - or on the sets in the warehouse. Should be able to do most costume fittings during these three weeks. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 6-day week w/ one-hour lunch break Full salary for Chorus Boys & Girls Minimum principal salaries for rest of cast RAY KLAUSEN has room until October 31st, 1980 SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1st, 1980 Five weeks and six days - to December 12th - on stage in ZIEGFELD THgATRE with all scenery in order 7 working days for cast 12-hour days including 2-hour dinner break LAST TWO WEEKS OF THIS PERIOD for lighting, music, dress rehearsals.
