Abstract
The Michael Circuit Menu Collection (1988-2019) contains menus from restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada, both free standing and located in casinos. The menus were collected by Michael Circuit, a local real estate agent and businessman who had originally collected the menus to decorate the walls of a restaurant he had planned on opening but did not come to fruition. There are a small number of menus from other cities in Southern Nevada as well as across the United States.
