International Lottery & Totalizator Systems, Inc. (ITLS), formerly International Totalizator Systems, Inc., is a gaming, digital voting, and lottery systems supplier based in Vista, California. In 1993, Berjaya Lottery Management (HK) Ltd. became a major shareholder of ITLS. In 2014, ITLS became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berjaya, and is currently operating as of 2019.

Materials were minimally processed during accessioning by Hannah Robinson in 2014. In 2019, as part of an archival backlog elimination project, Kyle Gagnon compiled additional materials from multiple sources that included subject files. Kyle Gagnon revised the finding aid.
