Oral history interview with Jacob D. "Jay" Bingham conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee White on January 11, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Bingham discusses growing up in the Mormon community in Nevada, serving on the North Las Vegas City Council, and his various developments of basketball and work-release programs for youth offenders.

Oral history interview with Jacob D. "Jay" Bingham conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee White on January 11, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Bingham talks about his parents sending him to Alamo, Nevada after his sophomore year in high school, his spiritual growth in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church), and serving on the North Las Vegas City Council and the Clark County Commission. He also discusses the formation of Southern Nevada Water District, development of basketball and work-release program for youth offenders, and his private work with Falcon Homes in partnership with Madison Graves, Mark Doppe, and Fred Ahlstrom.
