The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Division of Facilities Management and Planning Records (1956-2004) consists of property deeds, legal documents, as well as right-of-way easement documents relating to land acquired for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) main campus, Shadow Lane Campus, and Paradise Campus, which are all located in Las Vegas, Nevada. A right-of-way easement is a legal agreement that allows the use of another entity's land without formal ownership of it.

The Division of Facilities Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is responsible for routine maintenance, preservation, upgrade and repair of state supported facilities, equipment, and assets. Current university-owned lands have been acquired from private entities through legal purchases, usually for the sum of one dollar or through right-of-way easements.
