Materials include economic impact reports, student handbooks, accreditation self-evaluation reports, business surveys, activity reports, memoranda from the Dean's office, and copies of Lieder, a publication created by the Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies and published by the College of Business and Economics.

This collection was previously known as the University of Nevada, Las Vegas College of Business and Economics Records.

Biographical / Historical Note

The Lee Business School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas was founded in 1968 as the College of Business and Economics. The school quickly grew and added a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program and later achieved AACSB accreditation. Upon receiving a $15 million gift from the Ted and Doris Lee Family in 2011, the College of Business and Economics was renamed to the Lee Business School.

Materials are minimally processed. In 2021, Sarah Jones created the finding aid and entered the data into ArchivesSpace. In 2026, after reviewing miscellaneous donated materials, Landon Paljusaj added one item to the collection, updated the finding aid, and updated the collection title to reflect the school's current name.
