The Saundra Krenzer Papers (1990-1995) contain the Nevada legislator's published campaign records, campaign telephone records, and biographical information. The papers include a 1990 endorsement letter from the Nevada Conference of Police and Sheriffs and materials from Krenzer's legislative races from 1990 to 1994, including her unsuccessful 1992 state senate run.

Biographical / Historical Note

Assemblywoman Saundra (Sandi) Krenzer was born in Pasadena, California, in 1948. She served as a Democrat in the Nevada State Assembly in the 1991, 1995, and 1997 regular sessions. Krenzer served on many boards, including the Private Industry Council and Literacy Council. She also belonged to the Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Las Vegas, and the Governor's Maternal and Child Health Board. She received the Congressional Recognition, Distinguished Women of Nevada, and Outstanding Women in Politics awards, among other honors. She ran unsuccessfully for the Nevada State Senate in 1992.
