White on September 29, 2014 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. A group of five bartenders discusses their craft in Las Vegas, Nevada, including their Union membership, the first women in the trade, and the family of bartenders. Topics that the five bartenders touch upon also include training, health benefits, and the future of bartending.
