Commissioner Bunker moved the following resolution directing notification of property owners of the amount of assessment in District No. 100-36 be adopted: RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City of Las Vegas in the County of Clark and State of Nevada, and the officers thereof, have taken action to improve certain streets and parts of streets therein; and WHEREAS, said City has created Street Improvement Assessment District No. 100-36 for the purpose of making said improvements; and WHEREAS, the Assessment Roll No. 34-1955 has been duly confirmed on the 4th day of January, 1956; and WHEREAS, Section 15 of Ordinance No. 665 provides for a cash payment period from the date of such confirmation; and WHEREAS, the time has now come to notify the owners of the premises assessed that they may within said period of two weeks pay the full assessment in cash, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 4th day of January, 1956, that the Director of Finance of the City of Las Vegas, in place of the County Assessor, Ex-Officio City Assessor, be and he hereby is directed to notify in writing all owners of the property assessed that they may pay said assessment in full within said period of two weeks. DATED at Las Vegas, Nevada, this 4th day of January, 1956. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Sharp moved the following resolutions setting the public hearing NO. 200-17 on the revised Assessment Roll for Assessment District No. 200-17 be adopted: RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas have taken steps to create certain public improvements all as provided for in Emergency Ordinance No. 666, passed, adopted and approved the 21st day of September, 1955. WHEREAS, Section 6 of said Emergency Ordinance No. 666 directs the County Assessor of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, the Ex-Officio City Assessor of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, to make an assessment roll in accordance with the Charter of the City of Las Vegas; and WHEREAS, the said Ex-Officio City Assessor has prepared such Assessment Roll in accordance with said Ordinance and a resolution of this Board adopted December 29, 1955 and on the 4th day of January, 1956, filed said new Assessment Roll with City Clerk of the City of Las Vegas, all as directed in Section 6 of said Emergency Ordinance No. 666; and LOT # PROPERTY OWNERS REALTY IMPROVEMENTS FORMULA FINAL COST
