Present rules provide that such shipments, may be stored in transit at Cedar Rapids as authorized by Rate Advice 643, F. R. A. 1968; proposed, cancellation of these rules. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 2, 1920.) / Approved that portion of the recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee which contemplates cancellation of present privilege of storage in transit of fresh meats and packing house products from Sioux Falls, S. D., stored in transit at Cedar Rapids, la. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. It was understood that the matter of cancellation of similar rules elsewhere will be docketed for further consideration. Docket No. 63.—Earthenware, C. L., from and to all Western Trunk Line territory. Present, no rule; proposed, . rule permitting stops to partly unload at charge of $5.00 per car for each stop, similar to Item 1180 of W. T. L. Rule Circular No. 1-N. This rule should also clearly show that the bulkheads are to be placed in the car at the expense of the shipper at the point of origin and not at the stopping point. (See Standing Rate Committee’ s report dated June 2, 1920.) Approved report of the Standing Rate Committee which recommends against establishment of the above rule. 16
