Dear S ir: Deferring to my le t t e r to you under date o f February 20tb in reference to various applications from subdividers fo r the purchase o f water by wholesale, and more particu larly to our conversation o f Friday afternoon. I would recommend that in lieu o f the agreements which we have been furnishing water to subdividers at a fla t ra te , we change that part o f the agreement and serve any other subdividers which are approved by you under a meter rate. Our present meter rate you w ill note is shown on attached Form No. 14. I am making inquiries as to d iffe ren t charges in other desert towns, and w ill within a very short time see how this rate would compare with that charged by other water systems situated in desert towns and sim ilar to our present system, and w ill write you la ter concerning th is.
