Mr. F. H. Knickerbocker: The President has approved Form 30 submitted with your letter December 24th, file 9315-3-W, covering acquisition by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company of pipe line serving industrial property fronting on Main Street, Las Vegas, and it is returned herewith for issuance. A copy of this Work Order and of the retirement authority issued on behalf of the LA&SL should be submitted with other Forms 30 from which to prepare Form 280 for the month of December, 1931.
