Hr. A. c. Ritter: fhlg has reference to ay lattar February 4th, regarding 50 ft. additional frontage for Charles Dlmoek, operating under the name of Western Heating and Ventilating Company. Please refer to ay letter even date, concerning the proposed nev lease to Southern Nevada Power Company, They have relinquished the 50 ft. frontage immediately adjacent to Standard Sanitary, and have removed all their poles from this site. Mr. Dimock who now has 100 ft. frontage has expanded his business so that he requires an additional go ft. frontage and X recommend the site between hie present lease and that of the Standard Wholesale, recently relinquished by the Power Company. This change should be made effective May let and to expire April 30, 1946, the same time as his present lease, Audit Ho. A-518V3.
