On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing lease agreement, C. L. D. No. 3390, dated December 1, 1940, between Las Vegas Land and Water Com- X1 pany, Lessor, and Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, Inc., Lessee, covering site for storage shed purposes, located near First and Eleanor Streets, Riverside, California, for term beginning December 1, 1940, and extending to October 31, 1944; rental $>45.00 per annum, payable quarterly in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on thirty days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, dated December 11, 1940, ad­dressed to Mr. T. C. Prichard, 3964 Orange Street, Riverside, California, covering the furnishing of necessary superintend­ence, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation and the construction of a 45' x 45* box shed at packing house, located at Fourth and Vine Streets, Riverside, California; consideration $1,624.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
