On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hicks and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No, 5556, dated January 2, 1958, conveying to Oscar J. Wells and Harriet S, Wells, the north 100 feet of the south 590 feet of the west 9^- feet of Lot 86, American Colony Tract, in the City of Signal Hill, County of Los Angeles, State of California; consideration $10,00 and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantor; All minerals and mineral rights Including oil and gas rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property is conveyed subject to; 1, Second installment taxes for fiscal year 1957-58; 2, Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
