Credit Account 202, Land and Public improvements, City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California for ledger value of property sold $70,252*00 Chargeable as sale price $38,063*00 Creditable to profits on sales of real estate 17,811*00 Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to profit on sales of real estate 507*00 Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E* H* Bailey in approving the aforementioned A* F* E* request, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed* Adopted
