Cunningham: Referring to your letter June 17, file 353, regarding the furnishing of water to Commissioner Jones for drinking purposes from our supply at Logandale: I wrote you yesterday regarding request of McDonald Bros. that water be furnished as a general prop-osition to locators in the Moapa Valley. That request was declined. If you feel it would, therefore, be unwise to grant the privilege to Commissioner Jones, please advise further.
