Adamson) # Work Order 560, of January 31* 1966, authorised the const action of 1000 ft. of 8-lnch and 3900 ft. of 6-inch water main in Traet #2, Charleston Square, for %steroraft Boses, Inc,, under Rule 9-A, at an estimated cost of |13#000. 8-inch pip# was eliminated fro® this Work Order heoauss It has been previously installed under Work Order 608 leading to the Crestwood Hoses Tract located west of Charleston Square, the remaining 6-lneh pipe was covered by 2 separate contracts, one with Wasteroraft Homes, *H* L. 0. 2128, which has new been completed, and the remainder with Reuben Specktor, L. 0. 2129, which we expect to commence next month. Because of the fact that two separate refund agreements are involved in this work Order, we are sub­mitting herewith detail of charges on the first portion, the estimated cost of which, 11880.00, was advanced by Masteroraft Homes• Attached detail indicates cost to be fl588»86, to which should be added lOjf for supervision and overhead, making the total cost |1?25»75» If cur figures are correct, a refund of #156.25 is due the sub- divider, for which we attach Form 183, This portion of the Work Order was started December 21st and completed December 23rd, 1968, and consisted of a connection with the existing 8* line in Charleston Boulevard thence southerly in Hillside Place a distance of 566* to an end. X am sending Mr. Adamson herewith copy of this letter for as constructed print. Fclger * The connection was made to the 8* line 9 feet east of the sewer line, which is located in the center of Hillside Place.
