I agree.1 & Las Vegas - May 18, 1943 R 2-84 Mr. A. C. Ritter: Please refer to ay letter February 4th concerning proposed re-location of Southern Nevada Power lease for the benefit of Charles Dimock who desires additional frontage. I note the lease of the Power Company Audit No. 4?0@6 expired January 31, 1943. Mr. Lawson is quite anxious to secure a site on which to store his poles and in view of the demand for frontage in this particular section, is quite agreeable to a site further south, preferably 100 feet, to aeoomraodate pole shipments received by rail. X have had some conversation with Mr. Strong regarding reservation of the site just south of Western Heating and Ventilating Company for Mr. Norton who proposes to construct a warehouse there, will you kindly discuss this with Mr. Strong and If it Is definitely decided Mr. Norton will take this site we shall have to find another one for the Power Company. Will appreciate your prompt advice so X can answer the Power Company. cc - Mr. Frank Strong
