E, Harataill in executing extension rider C, L, D, No, 15880-1, dated July 8, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water and Foster and Kleiser, Division of Metromedia Inc., extending term of agreement Audit No, 11075 to and including August 31, 1969, said agreement covering lease of site for erection, maintenance and use of advertising bulletin boards in Los Angeles, California; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
