Las Vegas Land & Water Co., Las Vegas, Neyada Gentlemens Enclosed herewith are set of rules governing the constnuction and. filing of schedules, an order of this Commission requiring the filing of schedules prior to May 15, 1936, which I presume are self-explanatory. Two blank sheets are also being enclosed showing the form to be used. Should any utility need assistance on the filing of their schedules, this office will assist in any wav possible. .
