EXCEPT that with reference to item (d), the Company will Pay to the Subdivider the sum of $4,749.00, which represents the difference in aost between 2,730 LF of 12" pipe, which is the size required t* adequately serve the presently proposed subdivision, and 2,730 LF of 14" pipe, which is being installed in order to meet the requirements of future developments. The cost of constructing said water mains (exclusive of the cost of constructing said fire hydrant connections, and exclusive of the sum of $4,749.00 which is to be paid by the Company as indicated above) is agreed to be the sum of $62,600.50. 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 6", 8", 12", and 14" Class 150 Bell and Spigot cast iron pipe which shall conform with Federal Specifications WWP 421 Type 1. All joints shall be cement. All fittings shall be new all bell cast iron equal to ASA Standard Class 250. All valves shall be double disk, parallel seat bronze mountings conforming to AWWA standards, not less than 175 lbs., and all valve boxes shall be of cast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized representative of the Company, all pipe, valves and fittings shall be manufactured by the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company.
