Bates - Los Angeles Pleaae refer to your letter of August 17, 1953# File KLB 2377-1, CA 73685, relative to Termination Rider NLD 2377-1 in favor of Vegas Heating and Oil Company, Inc. Upon contacting the Vegas Heating and Oil Company, Inc., for execution of the above mentioned Termination Rider, we were advised that the president of said firm is out of state and will return the 1st week of September, 1953* In view of this, we are retaining duplicate originals of Agreement 2377-1 at this office, and will arrange for handling of same upon the return of the president of the firm.
