On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne in executing Supplemental Agreement C.L.D, No. 11873-1, dated July 12, 1957, amending LVL&W Contract Audit No, 10789, dated June 8 , 1955> term five years from April 9» 1955, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and California Interstate Telephone Company, covering the construction, maintenance, operation, repair and removal of a telephone line for the transmission of electricity for telephone purposes over and across certain property of the Land Company at Yermo, San Bernardino County, California, subject to removal upon 30 days* written notice, by substituting new exhibit for that attached to said agreement; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Supplemental Agreement C,L,D, No, 7907-1, dated June 14, 1957» between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Fruehauf Trailer Company, amending Lease Agreement Audit No, 10405, dated June 20, 19^7, effective November 1, 1947 and expiring October 31, 1957, with General Motors Corporation (GMC Truck and Coach Division), assigned with consent of LVL&WCo, on October 2 5 , 1951 to Fruehauf Trailer Company, covering lease of portion of Lot 22 in the 500-acre Tract, Los Angeles Fruitland Association, Vernon, California, together with warehouse and office building and improvements, and portion of industry track -2-
