Section 2 . The Union Pacific shall have the right at any time during the effective life of this contract after giving the District sixty (60) days* notice of its intention so to do to construct an adequate pipe line of a capacity of the existing 24-inch cast iron pipe line and 16-inch transits pipe line shown on said Exhibit nAn by broken black and red Up lines of a type,/to % e mutually agreed upon; and in the event the parties cannot agree upon the character/ of said proposed pipe line, the same shall be constructed by the Union Pacific of/cast iron or pipe of a similar character. Said proposed pipe line shall be constructed in the location shown in a broken red and whit® line on said Exhibit ,TAW in the loca* tions between pointy V and K.
