Referring to your bid of #35.00 to purchase Company house Ho* 5, in shop grounds at Las Vegast Arrangements are being made to issue sale order to cover, and as soon as this has been issued we will advise either Mr. Walter Bracken or agent Davis at Las Vegas, who in turn will notify you, so that you can proceed to remove this structure. We did not receive any bids covering Company house No* 5* Hill you please advise if you desire to salvage the material in this structure, removing it from the premises and clean up the site at no cost to the Railroad Company, it being understood that the Railroad Company will give you the house for removing it from the premises.
