    El [not legible] Mine We the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this Lead. Lode on Ledge as deposit of Silver bearing rock and ore to be Known and described as the El [not legible] commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running five hundred feet in a Easterly Direction also in a Westerly Direction [not legible] thousand feet from said monument on and along said Lead Lode as Ledge. As deposit of Silver bearing rock and ore and including three hundred feet on each side thereof for Mining and working purposes we claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the Mining Laws of the United States Approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the Mining Laws of El Dorado Mining District Lincoln county State of Nevada - said mine is situated one half mile north of the January mine and about one and one half mile [not legible] from [not legible] spring Dated July 10th A.D. 1880 Locators [not legible] A.
