Hulsiser - Omaha: Regarding our telephone conversation last Saturday in connection with certain possible rental charges to cover licenses or permission for existence of certain pipe lines at las Vegas to "be conveyed to the Las Vegas Valley Water District by Las Vegas Land and Water Company: Under Contract Audit Mo. 80300, the Railroads give to the LVL&WCo. right to maintain these certain pipe lines sale to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, on until the date of which date the agreement automatically terminates.
