McNamee) Referring to your letter September 22nd, file W 23-3-3 , with which you enclosed prints of sketoh showing location of property acquired by tax sale July Jl, 1941, in the vicinity of our Little Spring, Las Vegas. There is a possibility that in order to develop our water resources we may wish to drill upon some of this property, and I will appreciate if you will take up with Mr. McNamee and determine ju s t what title we may have, and if our title is not secure, what steps should be taken to protect it.
