Los Angeles - April 20, 1956 Mr* W* H* Johnson - Los Angeles: Referring to your letter of February 27, 1956 concerning easement to Las Vegas Valley Water District covering a water pipe line valve structure required in connection with the construction of the BonanzaRoad Feeder at Las Vegas: Attached for your further handling to execution are duplicate originals and four copies of above easement "N"L.D. 2996, duplicate originals of which have been executed by the District. Law Department advises said Basement may be executed on behalf of the Railroad Companies by the President, pursuant to Sec. 5, Article V, of the UPRR By-Laws, and Sec. 2, Article V, of the LA&SL By-Laws, attested by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary and acknowledged before a Notary Public.
