On motion duly made and geeonded, it was RESOLVED, that -the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, 0. D. No. 24366-A, dated October 10, 1939, between HanawaIt Bros., Contractor, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Owner, oovering the construction of 60* x 135* two-story and ba$ement addition to packinghouse, First and Eleanor Streets, Pomona, California., and the removal of existing one-rstory shed addition at west end of said packinghouse; consideration $31,208.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, C. D. No. 24366, dated October 15, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, Inc., Lessee, covering citrus packinghouse, First and Eleanor Streets, Pomona, California, for term beginning November 1, 1939, and extending to November 1, 1944; subject to termination by Lessor upon 30 days' written notice; rental consideration $154.60 per month, payable monthly in advance, plus additional monthly rental at rate of 1/12 of 8$t> of the actual cost to Lessor of constructing a 60' x 135' two-story and basement addition to said packinghouse estimated to cost $37,500.00; said agreement terminating, effective November 1, 1939, lease between said parties dated April 28, 1939; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. - 7- V On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong
