On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. No. 12478, dated January 28, 1957, assigned Contract Audit No. 10820, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Mr. John F, Green, granting the latter permission to use the roof of Union Pacific Building, 6th and Olive Streets, Los Angeles, California, in connection with painting west face of Park Central Building, 412 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, said permission being good until Japuary 31, 1957; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt, in executing Termination Rider C.L.D. No. 795^-2, dated February 1, 1957, terminating effective October 30, 1953, Agreement LVL&W Audit No. 10399, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Southern California Gas Company, dated April 23, 1947, expiring by latest extension April 22, 1957, covering construction, maintenance and operation of 2-lnch gas service line, near.Esperanza and Emery Streets, Los Angeles, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
