    office of Vice President and Controller, effective July 1, I960* To fill the vacancy created by the resignation of R. M* Sutton as Auditor, on motion duly seconded, E. M. Kerrigan was elected to the office of Auditor, effective as of July 1, i960. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 13507, dated May 1 7 , i960, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Western Auto Supply Company, covering site at Leonis Boulevard and Downey Road, Vernon, California, together with warehouse and office building and spur track located thereon; term two years, effective January 1 , i960, with option to renew for an additional two year period under the same terms and conditions by giving Lessor written notice not later than sixty days prior to expiration of original term; rental $2 ,300.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; premises to be used for storage, warehouse and other purposes incident to the handling of business conducted by Lessee; Lessee to pay taxes and certain assessments; said lease being subject to an unrecorded ease­ment dated August 2 5 , 1938, for the construction, operation and maintenance of an eight (8) inch sanitary sewer along a center line parallel with and distant northerly 199»80 feet from the northerly line of Leonis Boulevard granted to City of Vernon by Lessor; said agreement excepting and reserving unto Lessor all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and - 2-
