* Memo B Talked, to Mrs. K iel 10:45AM August 17th, 1938, inquiring who was going to run the business, now that Mr. K iel was deceased. She stated M^r. Castle, who used to assist Mr. K iel, was making and hanging awnings, and giving her the p ro fit a fte r taking pay fo r hip services. Informed her i t would be satisfactory to. continue the business under this arrangement, with theunderstanding that no e ffo r t would be made to s e ll the business without f ir s t consulting me at the o ffic e , as in such event - the building would have to be removed from the property.
