Agreements * Purchase of acreage, W. E. Hawkins or John L. Russlll Lae Vegas, May 12, 1923, Mr. W. H. Comstock, General Manager, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Co. Los Angeles, California. Lear Sir: Acknowledging receipt of your letter of May 16th making inquiry concerning contract of W. 1| Hawkins. 1 am herewith enclosing letter which I wrote you on May 9th in reference to both Hawkins and Russell contracts. I was holding the same up for a few days as I have another prospective buyer for the ground and wanted to know exactly what proposals he would make in reference to the same before asking cancellation of the Hawkins contract.
