Campbell President May 9, 1956 Board of Directors Las Vegas Valley Water District Las Vegas, Nevada — Dear Sir: The Commission has received notice that the Elstner Realty Co., Inc. Water Systran is in the process of being sold. This company serves water to Fisher*s Tract just south of the intersection of Fremont Street and Charleston Hlvd., and adjacent to the Water District mains on Fremont Street. Water supply and service through this operation has been complained of as being generally unsatisfactory. Please inform us as to whether or not this area could now be served by the District.
