C O P Y -2 for 1946-47. Mr. Peart wants Maag to endeavor to find out why they failed to file their list of officers, resulting in the forfeiture. Mr. Maag has reviewed files in his office, and is unable to obtain any further information which will answer Mr. Peart's questions. Mr, Bennett, who is in las Vegas today, suggested to Maag that he take the matter up with Leo McNamee, who was connected with the Boulder Dam Syndicate, Inc., and see if he can supply any of the information requested, which Mr, Maag will do, Mr. Peart asked Maag to call him early Friday morning and furnish the information; but when Maag calls him, he intends to tell him the information is not available, and he will have to develop what he can through Mr. McNamee, He also asked that we review our files to see if we can suppy any of the information, which I will do. l .
