X o 4 2 * i * 0 9 tji THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the X><5 day ofl^*^ / Y oy E M B B R 19*47, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company", Party of the First Part, and FRONTIER IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation with place of business located at Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Sub­divider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing Block 2 and a portion of Block 3 of South Fifth Street Tract No. 1, as per plat-thereof on file and of record in Book 2 of Plats at Page 72, Clark County Nevada Eecords, all in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: Beginning at a connection with the existing 8 inch water main at the south end of Block 12, Boulder Addition; thence easterly 350 feet to the intersection of Fifth Street and Oakey Avenue as indicated by yellow line on the map attached hereto dated October 8th , 19*47, marked Exhibit "A" and hereby incorporated by reference thereto; thence southerly along South Fifth Street to the dividing line between Lots 3 and k of BlockJ 3 of said Tract; thence easterly along said dividing line to an end, as- Jh- ' dicated by green line on the said Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and M WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions in acced’d-ance with its Rule 9A on file with the Public Service ComndsslofiVo^ffle State of Nevada, approved January l6, 19*40; - 1
