It sill he impossible for the Railroad to convey this parcel to the City’ at this time due to the fact that the $p| of Section 31 le included with other lead in the proposed conveyance to Lae Vegas Volley Water District. You will note that in the Las Vegas Review Journal of iCueedoy* December 9th* District Director fen Campbell states that the Lae Vegas Valley Water District sand the Union Pacific Railroad Company are in complete agreement on the sale of^water facilities* and 1 hare been advised by our Legal Department that due to the complexity of the agreement with the District it wodld be impossible to make the necessary revisions which would be caused by conveyance to the City of any portion of the land already proposed to be conveyed to the District* Very truly yours,
