Gibbon, Esq*, General Counsel, Los Angeles, Cal* Dear Mr. Gibbon Herewith is deed from Oregon Short Line Railroad Company to this Company for the north half of northwest quarter and south ha^f of northeast quarter, section 22, Tp. 24 south, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Millard County, Utah, which, if approved by you as to fora and execution, I will ask you to kindly return to me to be recorded* Certain parts of the property described in this deed are to be conveyed to Walter James pursuant to our contract with him of March 15th, 1905, In this connection I beg to refer you to Mr. Cherrington* s letter of March 10th, 1905, and to inquire whether the releases of mortgages referred to therein have been obtained so as to enable us to comply with the terms of our contract with Mr. James. The enclosed deed is the one referred to in Mr. Cherrington* s letter which he was to obtain through Mr. Ashton. (Enclosure*)
