September 22, 1952 influenced our decision is that later this fall there will be further hearing before the Commission in Case No* I & S 1207 Involving the adequacy of the water sup* ply at Las Vegas, at which time the Commission will be urged by the City of Las Vegas to require the Company to make considerable expenditures to improve the water supply. We felt it would be undesirable to unnecessarily antagonize the Commission by further proceedings in the Court case at this time.
