Los Angeles, February 27, 1956 1-733^ Mr* C* M* Bates - Los Angelest Attached is copy of Mr* W* C* Benshaw*3 letter to me dated February 24, 1955* together with legal description and drawing showing parcel of land at Las Vegas that Las Vegas Valley Water District desire easement from Bail-road Company. This matter originated with Mr* Hens haw*s letter to me dated January 26, 1955* copy of which with attachments is also attached. This matter was held up until completion of survey by Land Surveyor Frank D* Bathbun, Jr. to establish location of section line, which survey was completed some time ago* I am now attaching 7 prints of Division Engineer Haacke*s Dwg. A-1157* showing in detail the parcel for which Water District desire easement* Will you please arrange to have necessary document prepared for execution* W* H* Johnson 4r E. E . D, FES 2 7 1916
