Bates - Los Angeles * Referring to your letter of March 21st, file NLD 26-4, advising of expiration on June 30, 1957 of license between UPRRCo* and LVL&WCo. for water pipe lines at Las Vegas, Nevada, our Contract Audit No. 8727: It is our understanding that license covering these water lines as well as similar licenses were assigned to the Las Vegas Valley Water District at the time of the sale of our water distribution facilities at Las Vegas to the Water District.
