F, Dixon, second party, granting said second party license to use as site for automobile parking station two lots on Aliso Street, east of Alameda Street, Los Angeles, California, purchased by said first parties in connection with construction of Los Angeles Union Passenger Terminal; rental consideration 50$ of gross receipts with minimum of $200 per month; term two years from and after June 15, 1939; subject to termination by either party upon. 60 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering lease agreement, Audit No. 10005, dated June 30, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and H. E, Kempley, an individual operating under the fictitious firm name and style of California Vegetable Union, lessor, covering the southerly 75 ft. of this company's Vegetable Shed No. 3, located at 777 South Mission Road, Los Angeles, California, -16-
