N- rights; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Oh motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, NLD 830, dated March 24, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called llCompanytt, and McNeil Housing Co. , called ^Contractor11, covering the construction and laying, at Contractor’s expense, of approximately 2500 feet of cast iron water mains and lateral's in Huntridge Sub-Division Tract 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, and connecting same with Company's 8-inch water main on Charleston Blvd.; Company, upon the completion of construction of at least 50 dwelling houses in said Sub- Division Tract 2, to pay Contractor actual cost of laying and constructing said water mains and laterals, not exceeding the sum of $6,260.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, dated March 25°, 1942, extending to April 30, 1943, term of agreement, Audit No. 10128, dated May 13, 1941, expiring April 30, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Overland Terminal Warehouse Company, Lessee, covering lease of garage, located at 250 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California, for storage purposes; rental $150*00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 90 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and -13
