V consideration §10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; subject to: General and special taxes for second installment of year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein, and collected therewith; Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; An unrecorded easement for a power transmission f line across a portion of said premises granted the Southern Sierras Power Company by Land Company under date of April 1, 1928; excepting and reserving unto Land Company all coal, oil and other mineral rights; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved an.d confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Asst. Secretary Rigdon in executing deed, Audit No. 4707, dated November 18, 1944,- conveying to William Earl Kenney and Myrtle Kenney, husband and wife, Lots 2 and 3, Block‘2, Tract 2348, Yermo, California; subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the second installment of the year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; 3 - An easement for highway purposes across the northerly twenty feet of said lot as granted to the State of California by deed recorded in Book 565, page 153, Official Records of San Bernardino County, California; 4 - An unrecorded easement for a power transmission line across the rear of said lot, granted to Southern Sierras Power Company by LVL&WCo., under date of April 1, 1928; -4-
